Child Death Review Protocol
This policy sets out the responsibilities and accountabilities for child death reviews (CDR) within Central East Integrated Care Board as part of chapter six of Working together to safeguard children 2023: statutory guidance and Child Death Review Statutory and Operational Guidance (England). It aims to ensure a consistent and effective approach that supports the organisation’s objectives, complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and promotes best practice.
